Classical Yoga

Contemporary Yoga

While classical yoga has ancient roots in Indian philosophy and spirituality, contemporary yoga styles blend traditional yoga elements with modern approaches and influences. Contemporary yoga encompasses a diverse range of styles that may include dynamic flows,

strength-focused practices, mindfulness, and even hybrid forms that blend yoga with other fitness disciplines. At Glenross Living, we offer Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa Flow contemporary yoga styles to suit guest needs.
